At clearcibil, our commitment is to offer exceptional credit report consultation services. We understand that there may be occasions where you need to cancel your service or request a refund.

Below is our policy regarding refunds and cancellations:

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are available for customers who have not yet received access to credit reports and credit dispute guides from clearcibil.

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team within 2 working days of your purchase. Refunds will be processed following our internal review.

  • Please note, refunds may take up to 7 to reflect in your original payment method.

Cancellation Policy:

  • For service cancellation, send a written request to Support@clearcibil.com at least 2 working days before the start of your scheduled plan.

  • Your cancellation request will be reviewed and processed by our team, and you will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation.

Important Points to Note:

  • All refunds and cancellations are governed by the terms and conditions in the agreement between the customer and clearcibil.

  • Refunds may not be applicable if access to credit reports and credit dispute guides has been granted prior to the cancellation request.

  • clearcibil reserves the right to refuse refund requests or cancel services if there is a violation of our terms or misuse of our services.
